Privacy Policy

Your privacy is not a legal formality to us. It is a design principle. This product was built from the ground up to collect nothing, store nothing, and know nothing about you that you haven't explicitly given it access to.
What We Collect
Assessment answers: Your answers to the assessment are processed entirely in your browser and in Cloudflare Workers (a serverless computing environment). They are used only to compute your profile and generate your personalised output. They are never written to any database. They do not persist after your session ends.
Payment information: Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. careapp never sees, receives, or stores your credit card details or full payment information. Razorpay's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
Email address: We do not ask for your email address at any point in the careapp experience. If you contact us directly, your email address is used only to respond to you.
What We Do Not Collect
- Your name (unless you choose to share it with us directly)
- Your location
- Your assessment answers (these are not stored anywhere)
- Your browsing behaviour within the application
- Any information that could be used to identify you individually
Cookies and Tracking
careapp does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics service that would identify or track individual users.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may collect aggregated, anonymous technical data (such as total page views) as part of their infrastructure services. This data is not linked to individuals and is not accessible to careapp in personally identifiable form.
Third Party Services
Cloudflare: careapp is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Workers for serverless computation. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to their infrastructure. careapp does not transmit personal data to Cloudflare beyond what is inherent in the process of hosting a website.
Razorpay: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. When you make a purchase, you interact with Razorpay's payment interface. Razorpay's privacy policy governs that interaction. careapp receives a payment confirmation but not your full payment details.
Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as part of this request. If this concerns you, fonts can be self-hosted.
GDPR Compliance
careapp is designed to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by default. Because we do not collect or store personal data, most GDPR obligations do not arise.

careapp is not designed for or directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under 18.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not change the core privacy principles without prominent notice.
