Who can use careapp: careapp is intended for adults aged 18 and over who are in a generally stable state of wellbeing and seeking personal growth and self-understanding.
What careapp is: A wellness tool providing adaptive assessment and personalised self-help content based on your responses. It is educational in nature.
What careapp is not: A medical service. A therapy service. A crisis service. A diagnostic tool. careapp does not provide medical advice, and nothing in the assessment or program should be construed as medical or psychological advice.
User responsibility: You are responsible for your own wellbeing. If at any point you feel the content of this program is inappropriate for your current state, please stop and seek professional support.
Program access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to your personalised 5-week program for the purpose of personal use only. The program is not to be redistributed, resold, or shared commercially.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which careapp is operated.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Once your personalised program has been bought and unlocked, no refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
All content within the careapp assessment and program — including the question framework, output algorithm, profile descriptions, CBT program content, and written practices — is the original work of careapp and is protected by copyright.
Your personalised program is licensed to you for personal use. It may be printed and kept for your own use. It may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced for any commercial purpose.
Limitation of Liability
careapp provides this tool and content in good faith, based on established wellness principles. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using this program. Individual results will vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, careapp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
